On April 22, the first employee congress of Guangbo Group in 2022 was grandly held in the lecture hall on the first floor of the company. Shu Yueping, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union of the company, attended and made a speech. 90 employee representatives from all departments and all fronts attended the meeting.

At the meeting, normative documents such as Guangbo staff manual, bonus payment rules, promotion standard in 2022, comprehensive time work system and Guangbo staff talking were reviewed. The system of "staff speaking" was read out and adopted by all staff representatives on a show of hands.This workers' congress fully carries forward democracy, brainstorming and making concerted efforts. It is a meeting of unity, democracy and promoting Guangbo’s various work.

In the subsequent pairing ceremony, in the company's more than 200 pairs of mentors and students, ten mentors with rich professional experience and outstanding business ability, including three senior leaders, were invited to sign pairing contracts with new employees or echelon talents. They will give "students" more guidance in work and life to help potential talents grow better.
